By accessing or using TipTrack Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
TipTrack Pro is a tip calculator and bill splitter application. The free tier provides basic tip calculation and bill splitting. The Pro subscription adds features including saved entries, history tracking, yearly dashboards, CSV export, receipt upload, and category management.
To access Pro features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Pro subscriptions are available on a monthly ($2.99/month) or annual ($29.99/year) basis. Both plans include a 5-day free trial. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
All subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to Pro features until that time.
New subscribers receive a 5-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including tip entries, notes, and uploaded receipts. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, uploading malicious content, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Tip calculations are provided for convenience and should be verified by the user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TipTrack Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in tip calculations, data loss, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
